That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
The Mortons Air Duct Houston Guarantee
We’ve been cleaning ducts in Houston since 2005, and we’ve learned that a guarantee only matters if it’s stated in plain language and tied to actions, not adjectives. When we finish a job, we want you to look at your floors, your vents, and the air coming out of them and feel like you got exactly what you paid for. Our guarantee is simple: the work is done right, or we return and make it right. That promise is stamped on your invoice and backed by Paul Adeyemi, the owner, who still walks job sites in Houston and answers for the work personally. You’re not calling a call center in another state when something needs attention. You’re calling the person who runs the company.
Every job we do includes a written price before anyone touches your system. If the final invoice doesn’t match that number, you don’t pay the difference. If our crew tracks dirt across your living room, we clean it before we leave and show you a photo of the cleanup. If a vent cover arrives damaged, we replace it. Houston homes deal with humidity, dust, and pollen in ways that make duct cleaning a recurring need, and you shouldn’t have to fight for accountability every time a technician visits. With us, you won’t have to.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every clean. If a vent, register, or section of ductwork we serviced shows visible buildup within 365 days, we return and re-clean that section at no charge.
- The 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the job isn’t done right, Morton’s makes it right. That’s not a limited warranty on paper. It’s a full year of us standing behind the work, and it’s on every invoice.
- Cleanup after the job. Shoe covers and drop cloths are placed before equipment comes through your door, and our technicians photograph the cleaned work area before they leave. If anything was moved, it goes back where it was found.
- Written price before work starts. The number you approve is the number you pay. No surprises added after the van pulls up, no add-ons pushed mid-job, no vague “additional materials” line item.
- Your home’s floors and furniture. We protect hardwood, carpet, tile, and the path from the front door to the air handler. Drop cloths run the full route in Houston homes where we work, from entryway to attic access or closet unit.
- Tools and equipment. We use professional gear from Rotobrush, Nikro, Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman, and we maintain that equipment so it performs consistently on every visit.

Our Satisfaction Promise
Call us at (940) 314-5008 if anything about your clean doesn’t feel right. A live person answers, day or night, and they’ll pull up your job details right away. If a technician missed a vent, left a scuff mark, or didn’t vacuum the return the way they should have, we’ll schedule a return visit at no cost to you. Paul Adeyemi reviews every follow-up request personally. You won’t be routed through a claims department or asked to submit photos to a third party. You’ll talk to someone who works for Mortons Air Duct Houston and has the authority to fix the issue.
Here’s how the make-it-right process works: you call and describe the issue, we pull up the before-and-after photos from your original job plus the cleanup photo we took before leaving, and we schedule a technician to address whatever fell short. If the mistake was ours, the return visit costs you nothing, even if it’s a partial re-clean of a single trunk line or a missed supply vent in a back bedroom. We know Houston houses have long duct runs and awkward attic access in older neighborhoods like The Heights and Montrose, and sometimes a connection at the far end needs a second look. That’s still on us.
If you’re not satisfied with the result after a re-clean, we’ll work with you until you are. The 365-Day Done Right Promise isn’t a slogan. It’s the reason we can hand a Houston homeowner a photo of their clean vents and say, “That’s what done looks like,” without hedging.
Why This Guarantee Actually Matters in Houston
Houston’s climate works against clean ducts year-round. High humidity through the spring and summer encourages dust to cling to duct walls instead of blowing through. Oak pollen in March and April, ragweed in the fall, and the fine silt that finds its way into every attic in Harris County mean a freshly cleaned system starts accumulating particles again within weeks. That’s normal. What isn’t normal is a company that cleans your ducts in April and disappears by the time you notice the return vents looking dingy again in August. Our 365-day window exists because Houston’s seasonal cycle is predictable, and a guarantee that only covers a week or two after the job isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. When you call us back in month ten and say a section looks like it was missed, we re-clean it. That’s the whole point of the promise.
We also work around how Houston families actually live. If you have a baby who naps in the afternoon, we schedule around the nap and run tools at lower volume during the visit where possible. If you have a dog with anxiety, we use pet-safe product choices where available and keep interior doors closed so the animal stays in a familiar room. These are not add-on services. They’re how we approach every visit, and they’re part of the Cedarwell Care Promise: shoe covers, drop cloths, a written price before any work starts, and a cleanup photo before we leave. That promise runs through every Morton’s Air Duct Houston job, every visit, no exceptions.

AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company standing behind it. Mortons Air Duct Houston is licensed and insured, with uniformed, background-checked technicians on every job. That insurance means if something goes wrong on a job in your home, there’s a proper channel for it to be made right, not a handshake and a disappearing contractor. While we can’t list a license number here, we’re happy to provide proof of insurance and licensing when you call. Any Houston homeowner considering duct cleaning should ask for that documentation before the first vent is removed, and we encourage you to hold us to that standard. The paperwork is the quiet part of the guarantee, but it’s the part that matters when a ladder meets a light fixture or a tool drops on a tile floor. We carry it so you don’t have to wonder.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
We’re direct about this because Houston homeowners deserve clarity, not fine print surprises. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers workmanship and our cleaning process. It does not cover new dust that accumulates after the job due to normal household activity, pets, or Houston’s seasonal allergens. It does not cover pre-existing damage to ductwork, such as crushed flex lines, disconnected boots, or rusted plenums, unless that damage was caused by our technician. It does not cover mold remediation, which is a separate service and outside our core work. And it does not cover breakdowns of your HVAC equipment, such as a blower motor failing or a coil freezing, which are mechanical issues unrelated to duct cleaning. If we notice a problem like a disconnected duct or a clogged condensate drain during a job, we’ll tell you and document it with photos, but repairing HVAC systems isn’t part of our scope. What we do cover is the work we performed, for a full year, with a real person answering the phone when you call.
Common Questions About Our Guarantee
What if I notice a problem a month after the clean?
Call us at (940) 314-5008. We’ll pull your before-and-after photos, review the notes from your technician, and schedule a return visit if the issue falls within our workmanship coverage. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers you for a full year, not just the first week.
Does the written price really not change?
The price you approve in writing before the job starts is the price you pay at the end. If we discover something during the job that requires additional work outside the original scope, like a disconnected duct in the attic, we stop and show you the issue. You decide if you want the extra work, and you get a separate written price before we proceed. You’re never surprised by a final invoice.
Who do I talk to if I’m not happy?
A live person at (940) 314-5008, any time of day. From there, your concern goes to Paul Adeyemi, the owner, who reviews follow-up requests personally and authorizes whatever is needed to make the job right.
How do I know the cleanup was actually done?
Before our crew leaves, we take a photo of the cleaned work area and share it with you. That photo is also attached to your job record so if there’s ever a question later, we can pull it up. You’ll see your floors, your furniture, and the path we walked, in the condition we left them.
Does the guarantee transfer if I sell my Houston home?
The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to the home where the work was performed. If you sell your house during that year, the remaining coverage passes to the new homeowner for the same address. Call us at (940) 314-5008 and we’ll update the property record so the new owner isn’t starting from scratch.
