Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Houston Team Behind Mortons Air Duct Houston
Most air duct companies in Houston send whoever’s available. We don’t. The crew that shows up at your door is a small, tight group of people who’ve worked together long enough to know each other’s next move without saying it. Led by owner Paul Adeyemi, our Houston team handles every job from start to finish, whether that’s a full duct cleaning in Katy or a dryer vent service up in The Woodlands. They know Houston homes, Houston humidity, and exactly what builds up inside the ductwork here. These are the people you’ll actually meet.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Mortons since 2018 and runs point on most of our Houston air duct cleaning jobs. He’s Rotobrush-certified and has deep experience with the Nikro and Abatement Technologies systems we run, which means he can walk into a 1970s ranch in Sharpstown or a new build in Bridgeland and know within minutes what the duct system needs. Before joining us, Marcus spent years in residential HVAC maintenance, so he understands how ductwork connects to the bigger picture of a home’s airflow. He’s the guy who’ll sketch out what he found on a notepad and walk you through it before he cleans a single vent. Lives in Alief with a beagle that howls at the Metro bus every morning.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana specializes in dryer vent cleaning and the trickier access points, the long runs and second-floor vents that most crews either skip or rush. She’s Honeywell and Aprilaire trained and handles our more stubborn dryer exhaust jobs, the ones where lint has packed itself ten feet down a run. Dana’s been with the Cedarwell family of companies since 2016 and joined our Houston team two years ago. She’s particular about the small stuff: seams lined up, access panels resealed properly, not a trace of lint left near the dryer. When she’s not on a job, she’s rebuilding a vintage Honda CB in her garage in Pasadena.
Elena V., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the phone when you call (940) 314-5008. She’s the person who listens to what’s actually going on in your house, whether that’s dust collecting on the vents in Spring or a dryer that’s taking two cycles to finish a load in Pearland, and gets the right person scheduled. Elena has been with us since 2021 and keeps every job’s details straight: the written price before work starts, the appointment window, the follow-up photo of the clean-up. She worked in residential property management before joining the team, so she knows Houston neighborhoods block by block. Her kids are convinced every truck in the city belongs to Mortons, and she hasn’t corrected them.
Devon P., Apprentice Technician
Devon joined the Houston crew in 2023 and works alongside Marcus and Dana on most residential jobs. He’s currently completing his Rotobrush certification and handles the support role: sealing off work areas, running the Guardsman equipment, documenting each clean with photo proof before the crew leaves. Devon grew up in Houston and understands exactly what a summer of attic heat does to a home’s ductwork, because he’s spent his whole life in it. He’s the one most likely to flag something the homeowner should know about, even if it slows the job down. Spends weekends fishing in Galveston when the weather lets him.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this team works to the same Cedarwell Care Promise, and that’s not a poster in the office. It’s shoe covers and drop cloths down before any equipment comes through the door. It’s a written price in your hand before work starts, so there’s no moment of “wait, how much?” It’s quiet tools when the baby’s napping and pet-safe product choices where they’re available. And it’s a photo of the clean-up before the crew leaves, proof your home was left better than they found it. Paul’s rule is simple: the 365-Day Done Right Promise means whoever did the job has to stand behind it for a full year. Every tech on this team knows that if something’s not right, we make it right. No exceptions, no fine print, full stop. That’s how the Houston team has worked since 2005.
